At the heart of the Sirha – the trade exhibition for the latest trends in catering worldwide.

Sirha is the meeting place for the most prestigious chefs and players of the gastronomy world. The World of Bread Contest naturally finds its place alongside other exceptional international events such as the Bocuse d’Or - World Cuisine Contest, the World Pastry Cup, and the International Caseus Award. With 2 000 exhibitors, approximately 220 companies will be represented, covering bakery products and equipment.
