To showcase a new vision of bread that combines nutrition and food values.
Ardent defenders of bread craft tradition, they have the ambition to be the allies and accomplices of our taste.
For most Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF), they made WORLD BREAD, the world reference event in the service of promoting their ideas



The 3rd World Bread was a success. We found a very high level of competition, with 15 countries represented. It is also the first time the competition was held before the eyes of the general public aware and impressed by the skills and achievements of contestants at the International Fair of Saint-Etienne. On 25 September, the competition ended with the award ceremony, including the presentation of the trophy Ambassadors to the Swiss team. With this success and interest in our competition, we are already preparing for the next World of Bread.

The fourth World of Bread will be held from 25 to 29 September 2013, at the International Fair of Saint-Etienne, France. The selections are open to all countries. Each country is responsible for the organization of the national team, getting closer to the Ambassador of his country bread.

If your country does not have a reference, do not hesitate to approach the association of Ambassadors of Bread in France (address above).


This contest is open to all professional and passionate selection takes place with:

- A minimum age of 25 on 1 January 2013 Chief

- His clerk under 22 years on 1 January 2013.


The subject of the competition is based on four categories:

- Category BREAD OF THE WORLD: Current breads, health nutrition, organic bread with natural sourdough bread typical of the country of origin of the Candidate

- Category SANDWICH: Balanced sandwich

- Category VIENNOISERIES PRESTIGE: lift pastry, yeast dough

- Category ART PIECE: theme recalling the national identity of the country.


A pre-registration dossier will be filled with your resume and your career.
