ZOOM ON THE FINALE OF MAF 2015 CONTEST
For the 2nd time, the finale of MAF class Bakery will occur in public. Used to schools, once again the National Society of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France has decided to let the Equipe France de Boulangerie assisted by the Ambassadors of Bread organise the final tests of the contest.
To show the public what is a prestigious contest such as MAF, the two organism chose the International Fair of Saint-Etienne as scene.
On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of september, from dawn, 13 candidats (5 girls and 8 boys) will fight for the title of Meilleur Apprenti de France.
After 2 days of tests, the rewards ceremony will be in Hall B of the International Fair of Saint-Etienne :

Sylvain Herviaux will be the Jury Chairman of this 2015 MAF Bakery edition. Used to competition and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2011, he will be supported by 5 other Meilleurs Ouvriers de France to judge the candidates.
