This week, we present every day 2 of the 12 teams who participate to 5th World of Bread.
AUSTRALIA/BRAZIL
Australia and Brazil are the "new" in the World of Bread contest but not in th competition world.
Met during a national selection in Taiwan, Fee Lee built an australian team with Paul Triglau and Melvin Chan. For their first participation to the World of Bread, this team has prepared non stop.
Johannes Roos was a jury member for World of Bread in 2013. With Oseias Zechiel and Giovanna Rontal, Brazil brings a little feminine touch in the teams.
Australia will start the preparation hour on Sept. Thursday 24th and will carry on competition on Sept. Friday 25th.
Brazil will prepare on Sept. Friday 25th and follow the events on Sept. Saturday 26th.
